Payment -Stays less than 30 days - payment to be made within 30 days after check in Stays greater than 30 days - payment to be made within 30 days of each month block. E.g. 1st to 30th Sept 2023 (payment to be made by 1st October 2023), 30th Sept to 30th October 2023 (payment to be made by 30th October 2023)
Cancellation- 7 days notice prior to arrival and 30 days notice once in house
